Right now every new hire is entered twice: with us and with payroll. With this integration only once, and a change in Exact Online flows back to us automatically.

Every hire sends the same details in two directions. Name, address, citizen service number (BSN), bank account, contract hours. If someone types it differently, you end up with two versions of the truth, and you find out during the payroll run.
HorecaGPT lets the employee fill in their own details on their phone and then passes them to Exact Online. If something changes in Exact Online, we pick it up again. You maintain one place.

Per employee you see whether the details match Exact Online and when that was last checked. If something differs, you see exactly which field, and you decide which side is right.

Just ask who still has no contract, whose details have not reached payroll yet, or who starts this month. The answer comes from the same data that goes to Exact Online.

What does HorecaGPT see in Exact Online?
Employee data only. We only request access to the HRM scope; your bookkeeping, invoices and banking stay out of view.
Can I stop the integration?
Yes, at any moment, from Exact Online or from our settings. We then delete your access tokens and stop sending anything.
What if a field changes on both sides?
We show you the difference instead of picking one ourselves. You decide which value is correct.
Does this apply to all my locations?
Only to the locations you select. You can start small and expand later.
How is my data secured?
Access tokens and sensitive fields such as BSN and bank account are stored encrypted. Access to those fields is recorded in an audit log.
